Having grown from a small static HTML format site with little more than 20 pages, into a flourishing web 2.0 compliant up to the minute design. Boasting many new and advanced client support features. Funded mostly by user donations, this non-profit making site has helped many visitors & members since the initial site launch. Our primary goal has always been to provide computer users with accurate, informative advice and free solutions, Offering a more personal approach with the assistance of computer and internet security related topics and issues.
Support Methods
Our 'Ticket based' Help Desk provides users with a means of receiving help on a 'one-2-one' basis, with an experienced qualified 'human' technical support team. The site also offers a 'Live Support' service using the latest server-less desktop communications technology, giving users an unrivalled experience of diagnosing and resolving everyday computing issues, where our technicians are able to navigate your desktop as if they were sat right next to you. Amongst our range of Support solutions, we offer telephone and messenger support services too.
Visually Impaired
The site was also carefully designed around the needs of the visually impaired. Even small problems with computers can become a daunting hurdle for many visually impaired PC users, unfortunately many modern software GUI's (graphical user interfaces) are not compatible with screen reading software. This makes our 'Live Support' service an invaluable tool for impaired user problem solving.

The site also provides registered members with FREE access to an increasing range of utilities and diagnostics tools. Including a fast growing interactive 'Fact Finder' database. We issue upon subscription a monthly newsletter with information about new features, site updates and much more.
